Location: Neston/Willaston
As a Waking Night Support Worker for Autism Together;
We provide person-centred support to individuals with autism in their own home and ensure full access to leisure activities.
You will work as part of a team, but will also be able to use your own initiative.
Hours are 3 nights on, 3 nights off worked on a rota basis, including weekend work.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided.

Requirements of Support Worker:
Basic understanding of autism
Be able to work flexible hours and shift patterns
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic IT skills
