Job Title:         Support Worker (Community & Vocational Services)

Location:         Wirral – Bromborough

Salary:             Up to £8.34 per hour

Contract Type:  9 months Fixed Term, Part Time: 28 hours per week

Rota:               Monday – Thursday 9:15 a.m – 4:15 p.m

• Provide a high standard of Care

• Basic IT skills

Responsibilities

• Read and keep up to date with necessary paperwork in the work area on each client such as person centred plans, support plans, risk assessments etc.
• Support service users to continually develop their social skills and promote independence by participating in activities and practical skill based learning.
• Participate in all group activities.
• Attend to the personal care of service users such as toileting (washing/bathing if required).
• Administer medication (full training provided).
• Deal with various levels of behaviour (full training provided).
• Complete necessary paperwork and use online systems.
