Promoting an autism specific culture by ensuring that the work practices, environment, communication aids & structures are in place to support the individual
You will need to maintain high standards of care whilst working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. You will need to supervise a team, and lead by example, showing flexibility, commitment and good communication skills.
This post will include evening and weekend work on a rota basis.
Candidates should have achieved a Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
