Rota: Monday to Friday 9:15 a.m – 4:15 p.m

Requirements of a CVS Support Worker:
- Basic understanding of autism
- Ability to encourage and motivate others
- Commitment to person centred approaches
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic IT skills
Responsibilities of a CVS Support Worker:
- To support service users to continually develop their social skills and promoting independence by participating in the following activities and practical skill based learning.
- Attend to the personal care of service users such as toileting (washing/bathing if required).
- Deal with various levels of behaviour (full training provided)
- Complete necessary paperwork/on line systems
