Job title: Waking Night Support Worker

Location: Wirral and NW Cheshire      

Salary: Up to £8.50 p.h.

Overtime pay:  Regular overtime avaialable at an additional £1 p.h. weekdays or £1.50 p.h. weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay.

Hours: 10 hr shifts (3/4 nights on, 3/4 nights off)

Requirements of Waking Night Support Worker:

  • Basic understanding of autism
  • Be able to work flexible hours and shift patterns
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Basic IT skills

Responsibilities of Waking Night Support Worker:

  • Provide a safe and secure home environment for the service user during the night
  • Keep the home clean and tidy attending to laundry duties as required
  • Attend to the personal care of service users
  • Administer medication as and when required (full training provided)
