Job title: Day Services Support Worker

Salary: £10.90 p.h. (£10.95 with QCF/NVQ in Health& Social Care)
Hours: 35 hrs p.w. Monday to Friday 9:15 a.m – 4:15 p.m
Overtime pay: Overtime is available mainly in our residential and supported living services at £12.30 per hour weekdays or £13.10 per hour weekends (from 1/4/23).

Our Day Services offer people with autism meaningful, realistic and achievable work based training and 'on the job' work experience. Also, valuable life skills and community opportunities.
We have 5 Day Service areas;
- Health & Wellbeing - (Bromborough Pool Village)
- Performing Arts - (Bromborough Pool Village)
- Creative Arts and Media - (Wallasey and Bromborough)
- Social Enterpirse (Market Garden, Cafe, Shop, Landscaping (Bromborough Pool Village) & Woodworking (Bromborough))
- Horticulture, Animal Husbandry and Woodland Management - (Raby site, Bromborugh)

What will you be doing as a Day Services Support Worker:
- Working along side the activity group manager, to directly support people to continually develop their social skills and promoting independence within your activity area.
- Attend to the personal care of the people we support if required (e.washing/toiletting/bathing).
- Suport people who may display risk behaviours (full training provided)
- Update paperwork, databases and other administration tasks as needed
