Job Title: Supported Living Worker
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £8.00 p.h. rising to £8.20 p.h. £14,600 - £14,965 per annum (after probation and QCF/NVQ qualified)
Overtime pay: Regular overtime avaialable at an additional £1 p.h. weekdays or £1.50 ph weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay.
Contract Type: Full Time (35 hrs) & Part Time contracts available
Rota: To include evenings and weekend working

Supported Living offers people the opportunity to hold their own tenancy. We work with registered social landlords to offer bespoke services in a variety of housing from single flats to shared accommodation. All services are tailored to meet the individual’s needs.

Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
To assist with all personal care
Basic IT skills
Responsibilities
Accompanying service users to leisure activities and outings
To complete support plans, reports and charts etc.
Be able to support tenants through times when they are feeling anxious and may result in them displaying risk behaviours
Dispense or assist to give out medication as and when required – full training will be provided
