General Maintenance Operative

We are looking to recruit a General Maintenance Operative to work across our sites and services in Wirral and West Cheshire.

The job involves undertaking general internal/external repairs and maintenance tasks relating to all aspects of the building trade, such as joinery, hard landscaping, plastering and plumbing.

Working under our Head of Estates & Facilities, applicants should have a current, full, UK driving licence, as the role requires being able to drive company vehicles, provided for business use only.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, between Monday and Friday. The salary is £22,565 per annum.
